His clients included industry giants like ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Crompton, and even Indian Railways. These companies relied on the materials Raghu provided to ensure the safety and efficiency of their products, ranging from everyday electronic goods to large-scale industrial motors and transformers.

Throughout his career, Raghu’s work required him to frequently visit manufacturing facilities, where he witnessed first-hand the vast amounts of scrap materials that were discarded during the production processes. This experience sparked a realization that would later transform his life: the potential for these discarded materials to be repurposed and given new life.

“I started my career in electrical insulation films and papers, which is widely used in motors and transformers and electronic goods,” Raghu recalls. “While doing this as a hobby, sometimes in a birthday party, sometimes in a marriage, I used to do this as a hobby. At the same time, I used to manufacture electrical insulation films and papers. Then I decided to go for a full scale.”
